FieldQ ("we," "our," or "the App"), developed by 42vlabs, is designed with a strict offline-first philosophy. We prioritize local user privacy and collect only the minimum data necessary to operate our optional backup, synchronization, and licensing services.
1. Information We Store Locally
All business profiles, customer contacts, line items, pricing lists, job notes, and generated estimates/invoices are stored directly on your device's local database. We cannot access, read, or sell this data.
2. Information Collected for Cloud Sync & Accounts (Optional)
If you choose to create an account for cross-terminal backup and sync, we store encrypted records on our secure cloud servers (powered by Supabase):
- Account Credentials: Your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Sync Data: Encrypted copies of your project records, estimates, and preferences to enable synchronization across your approved devices.
- Terminal Identifiers: Anonymous device IDs used solely to enforce terminal licensing limits (e.g., up to 3 mobile devices and 1 Desktop Office Hub).
3. In-App Purchases and Payment Information
All in-app purchases, including the Lifetime license and bid consumable packages, are processed securely through the Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing. FieldQ and 42vlabs do not process, receive, or store your credit card or financial billing credentials.
4. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may collect anonymized system diagnostics or crash reports solely to resolve bugs and improve application stability.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Because your primary database resides on your local device, deleting the application permanently removes all local records. For cloud-synced accounts, you may request complete deletion of your account and synchronized server records at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
